Custom imprinted or lettered items are not returnable. Please double-check the grammar and spelling in your order. If you find an error after your order has been placed, contact us immediately and we will work with you to correct the problem.

Otherwise, we accept returns within 30 days for credit, refund, or replacement. Please contact customer service for the return procedure and authorization. A 15% re-stocking fee applies. Claims for damage or loss must be filed within 7 days of receipt.
